Susan Youngblood is a former technology Chief Human Resources Officer and advisor to boards, CEOs, and CHROs on accelerating AI adoption and improving AI ROI. She helps executive teams leverage AI beyond automation by building cultures of trust and experimentation, accelerating AI skill development, and redesigning work so humans, AI, and robots can collaborate effectively.

Susan brings hands-on experience leading large, complex organizations through AI adoption, digital transformation, global scaling, M&A, and productivity initiatives at companies including IBM, BNY Mellon, London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), and software company Ascendion. During Blackstone’s carve-out of fintech Refinitiv and its subsequent sale to LSEG, she played a key role in introducing AI-enabled automation, process redesign, and capability building to improve quality, speed, and enterprise value.

Today, Susan is an Operating Advisor to Bessemer Venture Partners, where she advises portfolio companies on AI and workforce strategy and leads a community of 200+ senior leaders. She is a frequent keynote speaker on AI and the future of work and lectures on AI at Cornell and Columbia Universities.
