Susan Nesbitt is Managing Director, Client Engagement and Delivery at Cantellus Group, where she oversees client-facing operations and delivery across a growing portfolio of AI governance and strategic advisory engagements. She shapes governance frameworks, drives strategic growth, and advises boards, executives, governments, and civil society leaders on responsible AI adoption, agentic systems governance, deployment readiness, and institutional accountability. Susan is also an AI Red Team Member with OpenAI and Lead Investigator with the UNESCO Chair in AI and Human Rights. Previously, she was Director of Social Impact Products & Partnerships at WhatsApp/Meta, where she led global strategy and execution across crisis response, health, education, and policy programs. Earlier in her career, she directed the World Economic Forum’s Frontier Technologies portfolio and global start-up communities, served as Deputy Director of the Craigslist Foundation, and was Partnership Lead and Board Member for the Obama Administration’s service and volunteering initiative.
