Susan is a technologist and strategist working at the intersection of emerging technology, policy, ethics and global impact.  Most recently, she was Director, Social Impact Products & Partnerships at WhatsApp/ Meta. In this role, she led strategy development and execution for programs and partnerships across areas such as crisis response, health, education, policy programs and enabling NGO impact at scale. Susan is currently an AI Red Team Member for OpenAI and a Strategic Advisor with Humanity Link. Susan was previously with the World Economic Forum where she led their Frontier Technologies portfolio and global start-up communities including: the Tech Pioneers, Global Innovators and Unicorns. Susan was Deputy Director of Craigslist Foundation and spent nearly four years on the Board of Frameline.
